The new day dawned bright and sunny. There isn’t a cloud in the sky. The temperature isn’t to chilly as long as you are in the sun. Sat out on the back of the ship for a while and Dave is now at the gym.
Then it will be a light lunch, then a lecture on Canadian geology and history(who was rather boring) Then a port talk which was entertaining and informative. Viking does a great job with preparation for each port without any sales or shopping pitches. Then of course dinner in the restaurant. Had a delicious Chinese wine marinated shrimp, and scallop dish served over rice. We went to welcome aboard show after dinner and it was very good as well. Got to see who all the officers were.
We did have small issue at dinner with where we were seated. Very high traffic area. So we mentioned it on the way out the hostess and asked we could be seated elsewhere. Natasha the dining room head waitress was wonderful and moved us to another section with Ryan who ended up being our waiter the rest of the cruise. He was fantastic. Regret we didn't get a picture.
